Proxy type
Use residential proxies for checkout tasks and ISP proxies for monitor lists. Add them in Proxies > + Add New, one proxy per line.
When you need proxies
AIO Bot's product page says one account per site does not need a proxy, but proxies lower the ban risk. Once a store bans your IP, or you run several tasks, you need them.
Retailer rules
Nike's terms of sale (revised December 2025) let it cancel orders placed with automated ordering software and close accounts it suspects of resale. A proxy hides your IP. It does not stop a store from cancelling an order it ties to a bot.
Ways to run AIO Bot tasks on a different IP
AIO Bot reads proxies from named proxy lists. Most providers, including Geonode, export lists in the two formats below.

How to set up a proxy in AIO Bot
These steps are for AIO Bot V2. Have your proxy list ready, one proxy per line.
Open AIO Bot and click the Proxies tab.
Click + Add New at the bottom of the window.
In the Add New Proxy List window, type a name in List Name.
In the Geonode dashboard, set the country of the store, pick sticky sessions and copy the list in IP:Port:Username:Password format, one session per task. The country-targeting guide in the troubleshooting links shows the username format.
Paste the list into the Proxies box, one proxy per line.
Click Save. The list appears with its name, Number of Proxies and Actions.
Create a second list for monitoring with about 20% of your proxies. Skip monitor lists on Adidas and other Demandware sites.
When you create a task in the Tasks tab, select the proxy list you saved.

Check a new list outside the bot before you load it.
Paste the list into FOGLDN Proxy Tester or the Geonode proxy checker. Remove proxies that fail or show a high ping.
Before a release, run one task on the store and read its log for proxy errors.
How to remove a proxy from AIO Bot
In the Proxies tab, click edit in the Actions column to delete dead lines from a list, or delete to remove the whole list.
Click Delete All at the bottom of the Proxies tab to clear every list. Those tasks then use your own IP.
Common AIO Bot proxy problems and fixes
Tasks fail with proxy errors right after you start them
- The list has spaces, blank lines or the wrong order of fields, or the credentials are wrong
- Paste one proxy per line as IP:Port:Username:Password with no spaces. With Geonode, use the proxy username and password from the dashboard, not your account login.

- Too many tasks share one proxy, or the list uses datacenter IPs
- Use one proxy per task, two at most, and move checkout lists to residential proxies.

- The provider only allows the IP of your old PC
- Add the VPS IP to the whitelist in your provider's dashboard, or switch the list to IP:Port:Username:Password.

- Pick proxies in the store's country. Run the bot on a VPS near the store. In the product page Q&A, AIO Bot says the bot runs better with more than 4 GB of RAM.

Use residential proxies for checkout tasks, because stores expect a buyer on a home connection. ISP proxies work well for monitor lists because each IP stays the same.
We recommend one proxy per task, two tasks per proxy at most. Put about 20% of your proxies in a separate list for monitoring.
Most providers, including Geonode, export lists as IP:Port:Username:Password, which AIO Bot V2 accepts in the Proxies box of the Add New Proxy List window (shown in our 2022 screenshot). Paste one proxy per line.
Not for a single account on a single task. You need them when you run several tasks or accounts, or when a store has banned your IP.
AIO Bot runs behind a VPN, but we don't recommend one for many tasks. Every task gets the same VPN IP, so stores treat it like your home connection.
In the Keyword field, & joins words that must all appear in the product name, and a comma separates backup sets, for example Nike&Kobe&Icon,Nike&Zoom&Kobe. Use keywords only when you have no early link, PID or variant, and avoid general ones like Nike&Zoom.
Only inside Windows. AIO Bot's product page says to install Windows on the Mac in VirtualBox, Parallels or Boot Camp, then install the bot there. AIO Bot V2 is still sold on aiobot.com at $199 per year (September 2026).
