Nike is a corporation that’s engaged in developing, designing, and marketing sportswear. Nike is the world’s largest athletic apparel company and was named after the Greek goddess of victory. Its products, although mainly designed for athletes, are also casually worn by users. That's what makes Nike so popular, it’s appealing to both athletes and casual users alike.

A big part of Nike’s apparel is their sneakers and with the ongoing sneaker craze, copping Nike sneakers is quite difficult. If those are limited edition sneakers, then even the most dedicated sneakerheads would have a hard time getting one. The only way to buy the best sneakers is getting them from resellers or buying them yourself using a sneaker bot. Sneaker bots are highly sought after by sneakerheads since bots can expedite the purchasing and checkout process and can cop sneakers multiple times before a single user can even get one.

Nike, along with other sneaker sites, have extremely strict limitations towards Nike bots and any other automation tools. Nike can and will immediately block any account suspected of using one. The best way around this system is using proxies since proxies, specifically Nike sneaker proxies, enables you to simultaneously purchase multiple sneakers on Nike without getting your Nike account flagged and banned by them. Not just any proxy would work though. You need the best proxies available from the best proxy providers there are in the market.

The best proxies for Nike would be residential proxies. These types of proxies use actual residential IPs from real devices making any purchase you make with your bot appear like a different user. Datacenter proxies, although faster than residential proxies, aren’t secure enough and have a higher chance of getting recognized by Nike. If a datacenter subnet is banned then all the IPs would become useless so residential proxies would be the best way to go.

Let’s set up a Nike proxy server.

How To Use Proxies With Nike

For Windows:

To set up proxies in Windows, simply search for “Proxy Settings” in your windows search bar and open the search result.

You are then given two options to choose from: Automatic proxy setup or Manual proxy setup. If you want windows to automatically detect your proxy settings, choose the first option. Choose the second option if you want to utilize a specific ip address and port number.

If you chose the first option, then:

  1. Turn on Automatically detect Settings
  2. Turn on Use setup script
  3. Enter the script address
  4. Click Save

If you chose the second option, then:

  1. Turn on Use a proxy server
  2. Input both server address and port number
  3. If you have any addresses you would like to visit without a proxy, enter them here
  4. Turn on Don’t use the proxy server for local addresses check box if you want to access a local server without a proxy
  5. Click Save

For Mac.

To start configuring your proxy settings in MacOS, simply:

Step 1. Click on the Apple Icon.

Step 2. On the drop down menu, click on “System Preferences”.

Step 3. Click on “Network”

Step 4. Click on “Advanced”

Note: Make sure to connect to your wi-fi first.

Step 5. Click on “Proxies”

This should then redirect you to MacOS proxy settings. MacOS is more straightforward compared to windows. You only have one option which is to manually configure your proxy server.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Select which proxy IP protocol you want to configure. This depends on which protocols your proxy service provider offers.
  2. Turn on Secure Web Proxy
  3. Input the Proxy Server Address and Port Number
  4. Click OK to save the configurations

Note: You may be prompted for your Mac user password to save your settings.

For Mobile:

To set up a mobile proxy server for Nike, simply change your phone’s proxy settings. The web browser you’re using for Nike will automatically copy your phone’s proxy settings whenever you use it. This is applicable for both Android and IOS. Here’s a thorough guide for Android and another one for iPhone.

Congratulations! You have now finished configuring a Nike proxy server. Note that the first time you visit it, there will be a pop up asking for your login credentials.

Note: Make sure that the web browser you’re using for Nike is set to automatically copy your computer’s proxy settings. Google Chrome automatically does this, so it’s recommended to use it.
